Summary
Amends the
Coal Mining Industry (Long Service Leave Funding) Act 1992
to: ensure that employers are reimbursed from the Coal Mining Industry (Long Service Leave) Fund for long service leave payments they make to employees which are preserved by the
Fair Work Act 2009
and paid under industrial instruments and contracts; and preserve existing long service leave entitlements for employees in the black coal industry.
